The Executive Management Team (EMT) at Bruton Knowles, a leading chartered surveying firm, has undergone expansion in response to recent developments within the organisation.

Paul Martin has been promoted to the role of IT Director, joining the esteemed team consisting of Managing Partner James Bailey, HR Director Neil Young, and Finance Director Matt Baker.

Paul's appointment comes in the wake of Matt's elevation to Finance Director earlier this year, following the retirement of Anne Williams, the previous Finance Partner, who served the company admirably for 35 years.

The EMT holds the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of Bruton Knowles, implementing strategic initiatives across the company, and directing resources towards achieving organisational objectives.

Expressing his enthusiasm about joining the EMT, Paul stated, "It's a privilege to be part of the EMT and contribute to the ongoing growth of Bruton Knowles. When I joined the firm in 2021, our focus was on navigating through the challenges of the pandemic and facilitating flexible remote work for our staff with the right technology and resources."

He added, "We successfully achieved that goal and have continued to thrive ever since. I look forward to collaborating with James, Neil, and Matt to further our collective success."

This announcement follows Bruton Knowles' recent expansions in Wimborne, Dorset, and Taunton in Somerset, bringing the total number of offices to twelve, indicative of the firm's commitment to growth and expanding its presence in key regions.
